    Return Policy

    Return Policy

    Once your order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.

    Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions/wigs, all sales are final.

    However, if your hair extensions arrive defective or damaged in any way, we will happily offer a refund within five (5) days of the delivery date. To initiate the return process, please contact us first. The returned items must be shipped back to us within five (5) days after you receive them.

    We reserve the right to approve or deny any return that is not related to defects or incorrect items. If a return is approved for reasons other than a defect, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

    Please note: The bundle seal and hang tags must remain intact for a return to be considered.You are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly if approved.

    Shipping Policy

    All orders are shipped via UPS/Fedex with insurance up to $200 depending on package value. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Moluxxry Manes is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

    Raw hair: Please allow up to 8-10 business days for processing your order before it is shipped.

    Virgin Hair: Please allow up to 2-4 full business days for processing your order before it is shipped.

    Hair Tools/Products: Please allow up to 3-5 full business days for processing your order before it is shipped.

    This processing time applies to all shipping options, including Next Day Air. The shipping speed you select will apply once your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping time refers to the delivery time by UPS/Fedex after your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

    During peak sale periods or holidays, please allow additional 2-3 business days for processing.

    Shipping Options:

    • UPS Ground (1-4 business days) with Insurance
    • Next Day Air with Insurance

    If you choose shipping insurance, your order will be covered for the full purchase amount. Orders with insurance will be covered for up to $200 in case of loss, theft, or damage.

    Please note, we are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your order to ensure full protection in such cases. If you purchased shipping insurance and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us via email for assistance with the claims process. If you did not purchase insurance, you will only be covered up to $200.

    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes: If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled.

    Moluxxry Manes will not be responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered.

    If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address on the order. During this time, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned. If the package is returned, we will contact the customer and reship the order. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs & handling fees.
